Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be returned in the same new condition in which they were purchased. Clothing items in this category include: hoodie sweatshirts, crewneck sweatshirts, jackets & zip hoodies, pants, hats, youth, women's clothing, tee-shirts, graduation gowns, and graduation caps. Gifts in this category include all except for general books. Supplies in this category include all except for electronics.

General books are returnable within five (5) days of purchase with the original receipt. Books must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Computer software and electronic merchandise is returnable within 5 days of original purchased accompanied by original receipt. It must be unopened and in new condition. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item or returned for store credit. Custom and personalized orders made specifically for you are non-returnable.

• Opened consumable items like batteries, ink, and items that are damaged, unsanitary, or missing major components.

Unless otherwise indicated, reimbursements are in the same method used to pay for the item.
